Are your estimates really free?
Yes. We'll look at the job, in person or from photos you text us, and tell you what it'll take before any work starts.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Hogansville and come to homes in LaGrange, Newnan, Franklin, Greenville and Valley, Alabama. If you're nearby but not on that list, call or text and ask.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You can text anytime and we'll answer during business hours.
Are you insured?
Yes, HLM Services is insured.
Do you do both handyman work and lawn care?
Yes. That's the point of calling us: one call for the house and the yard.
Is there a job that's too small?
Small jobs are welcome. If you have several, put them on one list and we can often knock them out in a single visit.
Do you do electrical, plumbing or roofing?
We handle fixture-level work like swapping a light fixture or ceiling fan, fixing a faucet or a running toilet. Panel work, new wiring, gas lines, roofing and HVAC need a licensed pro, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
Can I send photos instead of having you come out?
Yes. Texting photos to (706) 594-5049 is often the fastest way to get an estimate. For some jobs we'll still need to see it in person.
How do I pay?
Ask when you get your estimate and we'll tell you the payment options.
Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. We leave your place the way we found it, minus the problem.
